In the 1930s, Pedro Ferrer Bosch created a company focused on producing Dubois, a high-quality and affordable sparkling wine obtained using the Cuve Close or Charmat method. This is still being produced in exemplary facilities equipped with cutting-edge technology. The company responsible for production is UCSA, Unió de Cellers, S.A., located on the outskirts of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia.
